What is a learning workflow?
The learning workflow of a concept organizes the instruction items and question items in that concept into a desired order. To that end, a learning workflow is made up of one or more steps. Each step consists of either an instruction item, a set of one or more static questions, or a set of one or more adaptive questions. When a student is learning a concept, they navigate through the learning workflow one step at a time, completing each instruction item or set of question items in turn. By completing the learning workflow of a concept, a student learns the material in that concept and/or demonstrates their mastery of that concept.
Note: A learning workflow is different from a learning path. A learning workflow organizes learning within a concept, while a learning path organizes learning within an entire course.
