How to preview the learning workflow

The View as Student feature allows the content designer to visualize and validate the learning workflow as seen by the student in various device sizes. 

To preview the learning workflow:
  1. Navigate to the Courses page. 
  2. Click to select the desired course. 
  3. Navigate to the Content tab. 
  4. Click the row for the desired concept. 
  5. Navigate to the Learning Workflow tab. 
  6. Click the View as Student button on the left to preview the learning workflow. 
  7. To change the preview resolution, click on the resolution you would like to preview (iPad, Laptop, Laptop Large, or Desktop). 
To validate items in the learning workflow:
  1. Navigate to the Courses page. 
  2. Click to select the desired course. 
  3. Navigate to the Content tab. 
  4. Click the row for the desired concept. 
  5. Navigate to the Learning Workflow tab. 
  6. Click the View as Student button on the left to preview the learning workflow. 
  7. Select the desired step to validate items. Users can practice answering the item, viewing feedback (if any), and viewing the correct answer. Note: When previewing the learning workflow, you can navigate through the steps in any order and click through questions and instructional items by clicking on "next", review answers and feedback, and view all possible questions in adaptive steps.
Note: If an item in the learning workflow is in draft, a message will appear at the top of the item that states "This unapproved version is for your testing purposes only. It will not be shown to students until approved."
