6. Select Enabled in the Preview Settings then select an option from the following settings from the drop-down menu:
- Latest Version (regardless of validation status): For all concepts included in a learning path, the latest version regardless of its status (i.e. draft, pending preview, approved, future approved) of learning workflows and the items in those learning workflows will be presented to the user.
- Future Approved or Approved: For all concepts included in a learning path, only future approved or approved learning workflows and items will be presented to the user. When using this setting, a date must be selected. All learning workflows/items that are approved before or on this date will be included. Any learning workflows/items that are approved after that date will be treated as an unapproved learning workflow/item.
- If a user encounters a learning workflow that is not future approved or approved, they will not be able to launch the learning workflow and will receive an error message. If a user encounters an item that is not future approved or approved, they will not be able to view the item and cannot progress past that item.
- Approved Only: For all concepts included in a learning path, only approved learning workflows or items will be presented to the user.
- Note: The content version settings can be changed at any time and changes to these settings happen in real-time for faculty preview users. This includes the content version and the date for future approved items and learning workflows.
7. Enter the Canvas Course ID(s). A Canvas Course ID is not required to establish an LTI connection.
