How to immediately approve a learning workflow

How to immediately approve a learning workflow

To immediately approve a learning workflow:

1. Navigate to the Content Review page. 
2. Navigate to the Learning Workflows tab. 
3. Select the desired program, course, and pending approval status. 
4. Browse existing learning workflows to find the desired learning workflow. 
5. Click the Details icon next to the desired learning workflow.
6. Click to select Approve Immediately, leave a comment, and click Save. 
7. Learning workflow should no longer be listed as Pending Approval. 

Note: If a version of the learning workflow is live to students, a new version is approved, and a student has not launched the learning workflow, then they will see the most recently approved learning workflow. If a version of a learning workflow is live to students, a new version is approved, and a student has launched the learning workflow for that concept, they will continue to see the same learning workflow they launched even if it is a previous version.
