System Requirements

Edapt is a cloud-based web application which requires an active internet connection. 

Find below the basic system requirements. When you log in to Edapt, we run a device check. The device check informs the user if their system is compatible. Content designers can continue to use the platform even if they fail the device check. 

Computer/Tablet Requirements:
  1. Windows
  2. Mac OS
  3. Chrome OS
  4. Tablets: iPad, Android Tablets
    1. Android
    2. iOS
    3. 1024 x 768 or better resolution
  5. Note: We do NOT support using Edapt on phones (due to limited screen size)
Browser Requirements:
  1. Chrome (recommended)
  2. Edge (latest version)
  3. Firefox (latest version)
  4. Safari (latest version)
Note: Most browsers have automatic updates and sometimes those updates introduce compatibility issues. We will actively work on any issues reported to resolve such compatibility issues resulting from the most recent updates released by browsers.
