The following improvements have been made to the platform:
Learning paths now support enhanced configurable pacing modes, giving you more control over how students progress through the learning path.
Pacing modes (selected during setup):
Self-Paced
Fixed-Pace
Fixed-Pace Enhancements
Each unit includes a "Gated by Due Date" setting (enabled by default).
Enabled: Students must complete the unit and reach the due date to unlock the next unit.
Disabled: Students progress based on completion only while due dates still determine late status.
Flexible gating is available only in Fixed-Pace mode.
Units can be selectively un-gated to support varied instructional flows.
Self-Paced Behavior
Units unlock based on completion only.
Due dates are advisory and used for late status display, not progression.
Gating controls are disabled.
Enhanced Due Date Management
Due-date configuration screen has been enabled:
Due date calculator for planning purposes only.
Changes to a unit's due date also update its corresponding day-offset.
For fixed-pace learning paths with gating enabled, due dates cannot be set before prerequisite units.
UI/UX Upgrades
This release includes UI/UX enhancements that streamline configuration and navigation. General, Learning Progression, Mastery & Grading, and Diagnostic settings have been reorganized under the Settings tab as sub-tabs.
