Why am I getting the "Session Expired/Terminated" message?
If you encounter a Session Expired/Terminated message, it could be one or more of the following scenarios:
It's possible you have logged into your account elsewhere.
To solve:
- Log out of Edapt in all tabs and windows
- Log in again
It's possible you have been inactive for more than 30 minutes.
To solve:
- Log in again
