Release Notes (New Help Desk) - 26th Nov 2019
The Help Desk is now live! It currently consists of the following features:
- Home Page: On the home page, you will be able to see announcements, as well as access a Getting Started module. This module contains guides to help you get oriented to the platform.
- Knowledge Base: The Knowledge Base contains help articles on a wide variety of topics. Each article provides a step-by-step guide as to how to use one of the features or functions of the platform. It is also possible to search the Knowledge Base. Articles will be added to the Knowledge Base over time.
- Tickets: In the Tickets section, you can see the status of tickets that belong to you. You can also add new tickets as you encounter issues or think of features/enhancements you would like to request.
To access the Help Desk, click the 
icon in the top right corner.
