Release Notes (5th February, 2026) Bulk Approval Enhancement

The following improvements have been made to the platform:

Bulk Approval
  1. Content reviewers can now bulk approve multiple content items and multiple learning workflows at the same time. 
  2. Content reviewers may approve all items/workflows at once or select multiple items or learning workflows. 
  3. Bulk approval is a role-controlled privilege, and the user must have this privilege to access this feature. 
New Approval Status
  1. Added a new content approval status: Pending Approval (Immediate Release)
  2. This status allows reviewers to clearly identify items and learning workflows that require immediate approval and release. 
  3. Users can now filter by this status on the Content Review page for quicker prioritization. 
Increased Pagination
  1. Pagination on the Content Review page has been increased to up to 500 items per page, reducing the need to navigate across multiple pages.
