How to see where else an item has been used
To see where else an item within a concept has been used:
- Navigate to the Courses page.
- Click to select the desired course.
- Navigate to the Content tab.
- Click the row for the desired concept.
- Navigate to either the Instruction Items or Question Items tab.
- Browse existing items to find the desired item.
- Click the
icon next to the desired item.
- Click to select the Where Used button from the menu. Information includes the course and concept where the item is used and how it is used.
To see where else an item within the content library has been used:
- Navigate to the Content Library page.
- Browse the Content Library for the desired item.
- Items can be listed by concept, starred, or keyword.
- To search list by concept, select a program, course, and concept.
- Click the
icon next to the desired item.
- Click to select the Where Used button from the menu.
