How to request a revision on a content item

How to request a revision on a content item

To request a revision on an approved content item:
  1.  Navigate to the Courses page and select the desired course. 
  2.  Navigate to the Content tab and select the desired concept. 
  3. Navigate to the Instruction Items or Question Items sub-tab. 
  4.  Find the desired item. 
  5. Click the Details icon next to the desired item.
  6. Select Request Revision, leave a comment and click save. 
  7. The item will now display as a new Draft version. 
Note: If the item is part of a live learning workflow, the most recently approved version will continue to display to students until the newest version is approved.
