How do I launch and set up edapt.ai capabilities for a Canvas course?
Faculty is expected to execute the one-time launch and setup edapt.ai action for each new course in order to have the course rosters, assignments, and grade book configurations synced with edapt.ai.
Follow the steps below to facilitate this integration:
- Navigate to the desired course within Canvas
- Navigate to the Modules section.
- Click the "Launch and Setup edapt.ai App" item.
This action will take less than a minute for edapt.ai to configure the course rosters, assignments, and grade book.
To verify that this setup is complete, do the following:
1. Navigate to the course in Canvas and review the assignments and grade book to see the newly setup assignments and grade items
2. Click any assignment to launch into edapt.ai and land on the course dashboard. Click the Enrollment tab to review the roster for the course fully setup.
