What is included on the Instruction Items page

The following information is included on the instructions items page:

Content Items
  1. All instruction items created in or linked to that concept. 
  2. Ability to add more instruction items
Views
  1. There are three different views for content items: card view, thumbnail view, and list view. 
  2. For card/thumbnail view, items can be sorted by status or filtered by keyword
  3. For list view, the user can sort by Item Template, Status, Item Type, and Item Name or items can be filtered by keyword. 
Status
  1. For each item, the status (Draft, Pending Approval, Future Approval, Approved) and version number (V1, V2, etc.) is displayed on the item card/thumbnail or table for list view. 
Star/Unstar
  1. Items can be starred (bookmarked) for easier retrieval in the Content Library. 
Actions
  1. The following actions can be executed for each item from the Instruction Items page: Add Item, Edit, Copy, Move, Delete, Preview, Where Used, Audit Log, and Request Revision.
