What does the "Browser/Device Not Supported" error mean?

What does the "Browser/Device Not Supported" error mean?

If you encounter a Browser/Device Not Supported error, it could be one or more of the following scenarios:

Browser Not Supported

You may be attempting to log in on a browser that is not supported. eDapt supports the most up-to-date browser version for Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Safari, or Edge. 

To solve:
  1. Log in using one of the supported browsers. Chrome is recommended. 
  2. Update your browser to the latest version. 
Device Not Supported

You may be attempting to log in on a device that is not supported. eDapt supports the following:
  1. Windows
  2. Mac OS
  3. Chrome OS
  4. Tablets: iPad, Android Tablets
    1. Android
    2. iOS
    3. 1024x768 or better resolution
  5. Note: We do NOT support using eDapt on phones (due to limited screen size)
To solve:
  1. Log in using a supported device.
