What does the "Browser/Device Not Supported" error mean?
If you encounter a Browser/Device Not Supported error, it could be one or more of the following scenarios:
Browser Not Supported
It's possible you are attempting to log in on a browser that is not supported. Edapt supports the most up-to-date browser version for Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
To solve:
- Log in using one of the supported browsers. Chrome is recommended.
- Update your browser to the latest version.
Device Not Supported
It's possible you are attempting to log in on a device that is not supported. Edapt supports the following:
- Windows
- Mac OS
- Chrome OS
- Tablets: iPad, Android Tablets
- Android
- iOS
- 1024x768 or better resolution
- Note: We do NOT support using Edapt on phones (due to limited screen size)
To solve:
- Log in using a supported device.
