To report an issue with an item:
1. Navigate to the item with the issue.
2. Click on the Report Issue button.
3. Select Issue Type from the drop-down menu.
4. Next, enter your device details.
5. Then, describe the issue in detail.
6. Click on Submit to submit the issue.
7. If your issue has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation message. If there is an issue with your submission, you will receive an error message and be prompted to refresh and try again.
