How to edit an existing user

How to edit an existing user

To edit an existing user's basic information:
  1. Navigate to the Users page.
  2. Click the details icon next to the user you would like to edit. 
  3. Edit basic information such as First and Last Name, Email, and Password
  4. Click save to update the user's information. 
To edit an existing user's privileges:
  1. Navigate to the Users page. 
  2. Click the details icon next to the user you would like to edit. 
  3. Click on the Privileges tab. 
  4. To add a new privilege, click on the + New Privilege button. Select the Role, Organization, and Course that you would like to assign to that user. Click on save to save the new privilege. 
  5. To edit an existing privilege, click on the details button next to the role, and click Edit. Click on save to save any updates. 
Note: When a user's privileges are updated, the user must log out and log back in to the system for those updates to be activated.
