How to check if content needs to be approved before a course is ready

To check if a course or learning path has unapproved content:

1. Navigate to the Courses page. 
2. Click to select the desired course. 
3. Navigate to the Content Verification tab. 
4. Click the New Verification Request button. 
5. Select the scope of the Content Verification check (Entire Course or specific Learning Path).
6. Click Submit
7. Once a Content Verification Request has been completed, the user who requested the check will be alerted by email, and the status will show as Completed in the Status column. 

To see the results of a Content Verification check:

1. If all content in the Course or Learning Path is approved, the Details column will show a green checkmark and read Verified.
2. If there is content in the Course or Learning Path that is not approved, the Details column will show a red X and read Not Verified. 'x' concepts have exceptions
3. To see the exceptions, click on the Details icon. 
4. A table shows the Concept ID, Concept Name, Context, and Exception Details. In the Exception Details column, the number of items, location of items, item type or Bloom's Level, or if there is a learning workflow is missing will display. 
5. Click Download CSV to download as a CSV file. 
6. Click Review Concepts in New Tab to review and approve items.
