How do I quickly check how many students need closer attention?
To check how many students need closer attention:
- Navigate to the Courses page.
- Click to select the desired course.
- Navigate to the Overview tab.
- Look at the categories on the right side.
- Check the numbers for each category: Grades Pending, In Remediation, Needs Intervention.
- To inspect the details of any of these categories, click the
icon in the top right of that category.
- Click the Details button in the Actions menu.
Here is a summary of what each category means:
- Grades Pending: The number of late submissions still awaiting grading.
- In Remediation: The number of students moved to prerequisite concepts after struggling with a concept.
- Needs Intervention: The number of students who still need extra support after remediation or who struggled with a concept without a prerequisite.
